In addition to the development and production of professional and highly effective room acoustic elements, we offer concept elaboration, acoustic and light calculations as well as the installation of our products. From keel laying to sailing, we are always at our customers’ side.

To strengthen our crew we are looking for a full-time or part-time
Specialist for office management (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Efficient processing of inquiries and preparation and management of quotations
- Ensuring punctual order processing including assembly control
- Friendly and competent support for our customers, both by telephone and by e-mail
- Independent processing and management of all correspondence
- Support with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Proactive support of the department manager in daily tasks and projects
Our requirements:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- High level of technical and commercial know-how
- Ace in digital competence: confident handling of MS Office and modern communication tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Think and act in the interests of our customers, coupled with an independent and structured way of working
- You actively contribute to your tasks with reliability and commitment
- Professional appearance: discreet, polite and in line with our corporate values

To strengthen our crew we are looking for full-time
Support (m/f/d) in the electrical department
Your tasks include:
- Installation of lighting and electrical components in apn® acoustic elements
- Repair and adjustment of light sources
- Cutting and finishing of acoustic products
- Production and final assembly of the products to be manufactured
- Further development of electrical components in consultation with the department management and product development
- Production and optimization of sample parts
- Installation of acoustic elements on ceilings and walls as well as free-standing and as furniture attachments
- Germany-wide travel for the assembly of acoustic elements possible
Our requirements:
- completed electrotechnical training in the electrotechnical field (e.g. electrician, electronics technician, electrical system fitter) or a certificate of competence
- structured work and self-organization
- commitment and reliability
- ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people
- enthusiasm for technology
- flexibility, customer orientation, reliability
- car driver's license
