Introducing: Arne Thomas! In our interview, he talks about his experiences to date and his expectations of the new position. Read on and get to know him better! Can you briefly introduce yourself?<\/strong>“My name is Arne, I’m 31 years old and I live in Krefeld with my girlfriend and our daughter. After completing two apprenticeships – one as a bargeman and the other as a logistics and forwarding agent – I worked in the shipping industry until 2020 and was able to gain valuable experience in various roles. Thanks to my sound commercial knowledge, I developed an affinity for sales early on, which ultimately led me to this area in the fall of 2020. Since then, sales has not just been a job for me, but my passion, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.”Why did you want to join us?<\/strong>“To answer this question, I have to go back a little: I first came into contact with apn\u00ae<\/sup> during my time as a sales representative at Vescom, a manufacturer of wall coverings and fabrics. During this time, I learned to appreciate the importance of room acoustics in the construction industry and was convinced of the individuality and high standards of apn\u00ae<\/sup> right from the start. It quickly became clear that apn\u00ae<\/sup> not only offers standardized solutions, but also develops tailor-made concepts – with a high degree of planning, calculation and production for each individual project. I was particularly impressed by the manufactory-like structure of apn\u00ae<\/sup>, the outstanding engineering and the variety of design options. Another key factor was apn\u00ae<\/sup>‘s holistic approach: from the initial consultation to the acoustic calculation, conceptual planning, production in northern Germany and final assembly, everything is offered here from a single source. This comprehensive expertise and the values of apn\u00ae<\/sup> motivated me to become part of the team.” What aspects of your work with us are you most looking forward to?<\/strong>“What I look forward to most are the exciting and challenging discussions with interior designers and clients, especially with regard to room acoustics. I love working with clients to find and implement solutions for their individual challenges. Of course, I would also like to make my contribution to further advancing apn\u00ae<\/sup> and actively shaping the company’s success story.” What do you like to do in your free time?<\/strong>“Due to my family situation, spending time with my family is particularly important to me – whether it’s doing things together or simply relaxing in the garden. Apart from that, I like to play soccer or enjoy time with my friends.”<\/p>\n\n
